Much as I adore looking after Bravo I was wondering if I could give it to someone else even more dedicated than myself and then hopefully get a new channel when I hit Ruby. Is that allowed?

Is there really a need for a separate Bravo channel? It could just be merged with Art or Music.
I don't think he's asking for another Bravo channel, just a new channel entirely.
And by that logic, HipHop, Blues, Rocknroll, etc. could all just be merged with art or music.. which I don't think is a decision many would support.
If you promise to, upon hearing the word 'no' when asking the question, NOT throw the proverbial monkey poo all over everything and everyone (especially through private comments) then you may hand off and make a new channel.
(for those not getting it, this was exactly what killed choggie so long ago. Didn't get what he wanted (yet another channel started by him) and went absolutely ape-shit in retaliation.)
